つらい・・・

畑仕事を始めたのはいいけど、とてもつらいですｗ　　もうやめようかと思ってると師父にいったら笑ってました。　黒保根では田植えも着々と進んでいて、おれの麦の季節も刻一刻と迫ってきているとの現実。　今年はホントに麦つくれるのかな？　オーガニックとかには一切興味ないんだけど、今はなぜか農薬などは使っていません。　お芋たちの周りも膝ついて手で雑草を除去しました。　

With the little garden I have and the amount of work that goes into it, I have a new found respect for real farmers.  Although I'm not an organic freak, I currently don't use any kind of store bought pesticides or herbicides, and it's a lot of work!  Cleared my potato patch of weeds, checked on the other veggies, and called it a day for my garden.  Growing season for my wheat is approaching fast, too!

My pizza oven had a little problem, so I haven't been baking, but plan on resuming my boulangerie as soon as I fix my oven.  Planning on building one more oven this fall, specifically for baking bread!

最近ピザ窯が壊れたことで、パンを焼いていませんが、そろそろ再開する予定。　今年の冬にはピザ専用の窯を完成させようと思っていますが、それまではピザ窯でパンを焼き続けます。　上の黒保根の写真は軽トラの荷台からです。　田舎ならではの風景ですよね～　実は先月下北あたりで軽トラの後ろに乗っていたのですが、すごい冷たい視線を感じましたｗ　ホントはみんな乗りたいはずなのにね！
